OUR VALUE

hhc

At Eisai, patients and people in their daily lives come first. This commitment is reflected in Eisai’s corporate philosophy, human health care (hhc). The hhc concept reflects our approach to business activities that aim to maximize the benefits of healthcare by recognizing patients and those who support them as the true key players in healthcare.

To bring this philosophy into practice, all Eisai employees are encouraged to spend 1% of their working hours engaging directly with patients and people in the daily living domain. Through these interactions, we deepen our empathy, gain real insights, and ensure that our decisions remain grounded in genuine human needs.

COMPLIANCE AT EISAI AND GLOBAL STANDARD

Compliance at Eisai means not only abiding by written standards such as laws, regulations, and Eisai policies and procedures, but also upholding ethical standards that are integral to how we operate. All elements of the company, including executives, management, and employees as a whole, have the responsibility to be trained, understand, and implement all compliance elements applicable to their respective roles and authorities.

EISAI COMPLIANCE
  • Adherence to applicable laws and regulations, as well as Eisai’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards, grounded in integrity, respect, and transparency.

Eisai’s ethical standards are, in all business activities, to give first thought to patients and the public, and to increase the benefit that healthcare provides them, as well as to behave with integrity, respect, and openness. Each of our employees is equipped with a high level of awareness to ensure that all their actions meet compliance standards.
